- Family history of glaucoma
- High eye pressure detected during routine exam

Diagnosis & Testing
- Tonometry to measure eye pressure
- Visual field testing to detect peripheral vision loss
- OCT scan of optic nerve and retinal nerve fiber layer
- Gonioscopy to examine drainage angle
- Pachymetry to measure corneal thickness
Treatment & Procedure
- Prescription eye drops to lower eye pressure
- Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT) to improve drainage
- Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS)
- Traditional glaucoma surgery if needed
- Regular monitoring every 3-6 months
